TERMS OF SERVICE

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

LAW is a law research, document preparation, intelligence reporting, and filing assistance platform operated by Gage Green Group (“GGG”). LAW provides access to a searchable library of 995 primary source texts comprising 286,000+ indexed passages, a 100-point filing audit standard, research memos, document audits, filing packages, entity investigations, and network intelligence reports.

LAW is not a law firm. LAW does not provide legal advice. LAW does not provide attorney representation. All services are informational and research-based.

Users must consult a licensed attorney before making legal decisions or filing documents with any court, agency, or tribunal.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using LAW, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are responsible for independently verifying all research, citations, and legal conclusions before relying on them or filing them with any court, agency, or tribunal.
• All search results and research memos are derived from primary source texts and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice.
• You must consult a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction before making legal decisions, initiating proceedings, or filing documents.
• You are solely responsible for meeting all applicable deadlines, procedural requirements, and filing obligations.
• You will not use LAW to engage in frivolous litigation, harassment, or any activity prohibited by law.

3. NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

Use of LAW does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Gage Green Group, its officers, employees, or contractors. No privilege attaches to any communications with LAW, including search queries, uploaded documents, emails, or any other form of correspondence.

LAW personnel are not attorneys and do not hold themselves out as attorneys. Any documents prepared by LAW are prepared at your direction and under your sole responsibility.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments are processed via Authorize.net. By submitting payment, you agree to the following refund policy:

• Research memos and document audits are non-refundable once delivered.
• Filing packages and intelligence reports may be refunded within 24 hours of purchase if work has not yet begun. Once work has commenced, no refund will be issued.
• Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Applicable taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The LAW search engine, 100-point audit standard, practice patterns, scoring algorithms, and all associated software, branding, and documentation are the proprietary intellectual property of Gage Green Group. All rights reserved.

Search results are derived from public domain primary source texts, including but not limited to statutes, regulations, published court opinions, and legal treatises in the public domain. Users may use search results for their own legal proceedings and personal research.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the LAW platform, audit standards, or proprietary methodologies without prior written consent from GGG.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LAW is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Gage Green Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of LAW, including but not limited to:

• Missed filing deadlines or court dates
• Incorrect or incomplete filings
• Adverse legal outcomes of any kind
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Reliance on search results or research memos without independent verification

In no event shall GGG's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. DATA AND PRIVACY

Your use of LAW is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using LAW, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of LAW shall be resolved through private arbitration under the good faith and equitable principles of trust law. All disputes shall be settled in honor, in equity, and in accordance with the principles of natural justice.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

9. MODIFICATIONS

Gage Green Group reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of LAW after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Gage Green Group operates as a private enterprise and reserves the right to designate the appropriate operational entity and jurisdiction for service delivery.
